Planet Organic approached us asking for help with their Wandsworth store. Since Wandsworth is a quickly developing area in London, there was a need to raise awareness of the new store, increase footfall and sales and create brand loyalty.
In a unique position, with functional movement based gym Local Motion on the top floor of
Planet Organic, we approached this project with a view to reach a variety of target groups
based on the local demographic and Planet Organic’s core audience:
– Mums and dads
– Health and fitness loving people
– Food lovers who care about quality of produce and sustainable sourcing
Through regular, key events tailored to each of the above demographics, promotions, in-
store visuals, press coverage, collaborations with surrounding organisations and
influencer/blogger events with some of London’s leading professionals, which resulted in
1000s of new social media followers with each event garnering up to 25000 views and over 20 social media posts by attendees, the store saw unprecedented sales numbers, a fresh approach to customer retention and forged close relationships with local influencers and community leaders.
