Berkeley Sportscars are back!

Berkeley Sportscars are back, and at ROOTS. we're proud to have helped kick off the relaunch in celebration of the Berkeley Bandit's 60th anniversary last month!


To celebrate the return of this British manufacturing brand, we were brought in to help build all the communication assets and manage all the PR and communications around the relaunch. Now we continue to drive interest, build the brand experience and work on content and event plans as we count down to the April 2021 launch of the new Berkeley models.


The run up to the anniversary saw us build a brand new website, launch new social media channels, create assets and manage media interest to get coverage in publications including BBC News and radio, ITV, DRIVETRIBE, Hagerty, Top Gear, local press and many more within the first week.


One month in, the positive response has been overwhelming, not only from the media but also from supporters, locals and car enthusiasts. Through our online and offline media push, the news has reached over 500 million people (source: Agility PR report) across publications and social media, including Autosport, PistonHeads and Goodwood Road & Racing, as well as thousands of engagements across social media. As a result, Berkeley Sportscars have already received hundreds of enquiries and enough reservation requests to make us question the small volume production strategy! 😉
